To ensure successful delivery, a professional packer and shipper is used. A box is built around the art piece and depending on size shipped by post, courier or air.
Some insurance coverage is provided by the carrier but additional insurance can be purchased if desired.
No additional taxes will be charged on your purchase, aside from the PST and GST.
No duty is charged on original artwork leaving the country.
A "broker" may be required on large pieces travelling by air. Luckily, you can act as your own broker by simply signing the papers yourself at the airport your artwork arrives at.
