We find that commercial bubble soaps, like Mr. Bubbles, work really great and are very convenient. They are widely available, pre-mixed and inexpensive. You can also use dishsoap, distilled water and glycerine.

Use a stainless steel bowl or cake pan for your soap dish and lift it to a comfortable height. Don't use plastic.

Foam interferes with great bubbles, so skim it off with a fishnet from the pet store and put it into a bucket and it will return to usable bubble soap.
